Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Marketing Manager to drive the development, execution, and optimization of our brand presence across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in marketing and brand strategy, with proven experience in industries such as cybersecurity, IT, software, education, e-learning, or product marketing. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the brand narrative, managing integrated campaigns, and supporting demand generation through data-driven insights and automation tools like HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance awareness, positioning, and market differentiation across targeted industry verticals.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand voice, business goals, and audience engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and content teams to create compelling go-to-market messaging and value propositions.
  • Leverage HubSpot for lead nurturing, campaign automation, and performance reporting to optimize conversion funnels and customer journey touchpoints.
  • Support product launches and educational initiatives through compelling story telling, thought leadership content, and branded assets.
  • Oversee brand consistency across all digital channels, marketing collateral, website, social media, and customer communications.
  • Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve ROI and engagement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and creative partners as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing roles.
  • Experience supporting brands in cybersecurity, IT, software, education, e-learning, or product-focused industries.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (certifications a plus), Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and timelines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and collaborative environment.
