Our client located in beautiful Spicewood, TX is a thriving, faith-based organization dedicated to providing transformative camp experiences. We are helping them find a detail-oriented Business Accounting Administrator to manage financial operations, staff scheduling, and overall administrative efficiency to support their mission.

This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right individual. The ideal candidate can start in April 2025 and work until the end of August 2025.

Pay rate is $22 to $25/hr., with opportunity for overtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee bookkeeping/accounting aspects that include, but not limited to tracking expenses, generating financial reports, managing camper billing, collections, invoicing, payables, payroll, and donor contributions.
• Facilitate background checks, onboarding, and staff scheduling approvals.
• Oversee office efficiency, including supply management and vendor coordination.
• Greet visitors and manage incoming calls professionally.
• Assist with retail operations, including inventory and purchasing.

What They Are Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience that includes accounting, budgeting, process development, bookkeeping and administrative
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs and QuickBooks Online
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to camp regulations
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends during peak seasons
