What You'll Do As a Buyer , you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and procuring raw materials, services, and equipment to meet operational and customer requirements while maintaining quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Sourcing - Identify, evaluate, and procure raw materials, products, and services to support business operations. Vendor & Supplier Management - Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, timely deliveries, and cost-effectiveness. Logistics & Negotiation - Optimize transportation and negotiate pricing and contracts to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Process Improvement & Reporting - Analyze purchasing trends, enhance procurement strategies, and maintain accurate records. Requirements What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in a professional buyer role within a manufacturing environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, and presentation). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills . Ability to manage complex data and handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in ERP systems . Knowledge of logistics, vendor management, and price negotiation .
