Our client, a leading educational content provider, is seeking a Licensing Content Specialist to join their team. As a Licensing Content Specialist , you will be part of the Content Licensing team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Licensing Content Specialist

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $24.38 per hour

What's the Job?

• Direct and oversee research and licensing of third-party assets for McGraw Hill products.
• Collaborate with authors, editors, and project managers to ensure timely project execution within budget.
• Assess risk for deliverables and problem-solve effectively.
• Communicate and negotiate licensing terms and rates with copyright holders.
• Review and monitor the quality of work done by external team members.

What's Needed?

• Experience in directing and overseeing research and licensing of third-party assets.
• Expertise in Rights Management and compliance with copyright laws.
• Strong project management skills and experience with Smartsheet and Excel.
• Ability to build relationships with freelance researchers and digital asset resources.
• Excellent communication skills and an inquisitive mindset.
