Job Description

The Health team is looking for a Digital Asset Manager to develop, lead, and manage digital assets within the Health division.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external creative and development teams as well as subject matter experts to guide projects from implementation to delivery. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability in a fast-changing environment, and effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Key Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in digital asset management, with a proven track record of managing a high volume of diverse deliverables
• In-depth knowledge and experience with online content management for digital platforms
• A smart, hands-on, and organized problem-solver who demonstrates a high degree of ownership and accountability
• Ability to adapt to constant change and ambiguous situations while driving complex projects forward
• A quick, technically-minded learner who can grasp multiple tools and systems

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to develop workflows for asset ingestion, storage, and delivery while optimizing efficiency
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable systems for organizing and storing digital assets
• Develop and enforce metadata standards to improve searchability and organization
• Design and implement asset workflows for creation, storage, retrieval, and distribution
• Ensure quality and consistency of digital assets, including resolution, file formats, and branding compliance
• Manage the distribution of assets to various partners
