The role you’ll contribute: The Director of Organizational Development & Effectiveness is responsible for leading a team that implements organizational structure design, organizational development interventions and organizational transformation initiatives across the facility or division. Leads the design and implementation of a consistent change management approach and strategy to support and enhance success of strategic imperatives. Monitors, evaluates and consults with senior executives and functional leaders on business transformation initiatives and metrics, including current state and desired future state. Leads the facilitation of strategic and operational organizational change for better organizational effectiveness. Collaborates closely with senior executive leadership, human resources leaders, department clients and project team members to ensure alignment and integration of strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and results. The Director, Organizational Development & Effectiveness develops and executes the strategy for divisional expansion of organizational development interventions to enhance organizational and human performance ensures project management and effective performance consulting for both departmental and high-level, complex enterprise-wide projects and initiatives. Accomplishes these objectives through strategic vision and goal development, needs assessment and diagnosis, role and responsibility clarification, and design and implementation of process interventions. Integrates and leverages AHS culture framework (mission, vision, values, service standards) to shape and synchronize communication and project management efforts, through direct partnership and collaboration with other People System resources. Actively participates in outstanding customer service that is equally respectful to all. The value you’ll bring to the team: In partnership with Stakeholders, develops, presents and implements strategic plans to expand and enhance organizational design, organizational development and change management throughout AdventHealth. Provides organizational transformation change consulting across the organization, nurturing divisional strategic alliances and bridging gaps to support leaders and teams in organizational design, development and transformation strategies. Leads team to implement organizational design efforts across the assigned facility or division including overseeing the project management of initial designs, implementations, optimizations, division-wide integrations and sustainment. Leads team to execute organizational development strategies and interventions. Guides executive leaders in the chartering of initiatives and identifying measures of success. The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Business Management or other applicable discipline Required. 7+ years leading project teams through Change Management or Organizational Development Initiatives Required or 5+ years managing Human Resources teams Required.
