Job Description:

We are seeking a new member for our digital marketing team that has experience creating expertly designed landing pages and websites for e-commerce and service-based businesses. In addition to being an expert web designer using WordPress (Elementor) and Shopify, you should understand why certain landing pages/websites convert well. You will be expected to design landing pages and websites without using a designer. You should understand sales copy and be able to think like a business owner so you can properly design high-converting landing pages and websites. If you do not have experience designing and building sites for e-commerce or service-based businesses, please do not apply as this position is not suited for you.

Previous digital marketing agency experience is preferred.

You’ll need extensive experience with Elementor, WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify but also the curiosity and drive to learn new tools, platforms, and technologies to meet unique client needs. If you’re the person your team relies on to “figure things out,” this is the role for you. You will be the person our team members go to when they have a technology problem that they can’t solve themselves.

You should also have extensive experience working with and managing CRM systems such as HubSpot and HighLevel. You will be responsible for building automations and workflows to drive customer engagement and sales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design (you must be creative - you will not be working with designers), build, customize, and maintain landing pages/websites using WordPress (with Elementor), WooCommerce, and Shopify.
  • Work with marketing team to develop pages and offers to help sell products and/or generate leads.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for solving unexpected technical challenges, from plugin conflicts to API integrations.
  • Handle a variety of tech-related tasks for clients, often requiring research and quick problem-solving.
  • Build custom automations in HighLevel and manage optimizing the HighLevel CRM.
  • Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and SEO compliance.
  • Manage hosting environments, handle migrations, and implement security best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to integrate websites with ad campaigns and CRM systems.
  • Perform quality assurance testing to identify and resolve bugs or issues before site launches.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of processes, fixes, and customizations.

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience with WordPress (Elementor), WooCommerce, and Shopify development.
  • 5+ years designing, building, and managing e-commerce landing pages/service business landing pages.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce landing pages and websites designed to convert site visitors from paid ads.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies or platforms as needed.
  • Proficiency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and working knowledge of PHP.
  • 5+ years of experience with APIs, CRM systems, and system integrations (e.g., HighLevel, HubSpot).
  • A proactive and independent work ethic with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com and Slack.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Digital marketing (running paid ads on Meta, Google, and other social sites.
  • Knowledge of modern website security protocols and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques such as caching and compression.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
  • Experience with advanced customizations for Shopify and WooCommerce.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations for improvement.
