Our client, a leading eCommerce organization, is seeking an eCommerce Data Representative to join their team. As an eCommerce Data Representative, you will be part of the Core Data Management department supporting various product teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: eCommerce Data Representative

Location: Columbia, SC

What's the Job?

• Assist with the collection and completion of product descriptions for new items using established templates.
• Manage digital assets by collecting and loading product images and supporting documents.
• Enrich product content by gathering data from suppliers and category managers to ensure consistency across categories.
• Respond to errors in product descriptions and images, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
• Perform basic web catalog maintenance and assist with team mailbox requests.

What's Needed?

• Typically, 3 or more years of related experience.
• Knowledge of AS400/JD Edwards is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and TEAMS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and maintain accuracy.
