Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a eCommerce Manager to lead the transformation and growth of an eCommerce platform. This role is instrumental in platform migration, customer experience optimization, and driving commercial success. The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused mindset, strong leadership skills, and expertise in eCommerce technology and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute eCommerce sales strategies that align business and technology efforts for growth.
• Design and optimize the customer journey , enhancing all touchpoints for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain an efficient and user-friendly platform.
• Work closely with Technology and Engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and implement processes for order fulfillment, partner onboarding, and platform integration.
• Plan and execute eCommerce marketing strategies , including SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital advertising.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, ethical business practices, and industry regulations.
• Monitor KPIs and customer satisfaction , leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in eCommerce management (experience in manufacturing or plastic fabrication preferred).
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, web analytics, and digital marketing .
• Proven leadership experience, including working with C-level executives .
• Strong business acumen , with an ability to analyze data and optimize sales strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster cross-departmental collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects , meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
