Ecommerce Specialist | Permanent Position | No Sponsorship Available
ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to manage and optimize product listings across multiple ecommerce platforms. This role will support account managers by troubleshooting listing issues, optimizing content, and ensuring data accuracy to maximize margins across selling channels. The ideal candidate is highly technical, experienced with ecommerce platforms, and skilled in creating scalable workflows.

Manage and optimize ecommerce catalog across multiple platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate and high quality.
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, merchandising, IT, and production, to enhance listing performance.
Develop and implement listing strategies and workflows that drive efficiency and sales growth.
Audit and maintain product listings for brand compliance and error resolution.
Monitor customer feedback and ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain platform compliance and assist account managers with troubleshooting listing issues.
Track and report on the performance of sponsored product ads (ad creation not required).
Stay updated on ecommerce trends and technologies to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.
2+ years of experience in ecommerce listing management.
Strong knowledge of Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other ecommerce platforms.
Understanding of SEO best practices, product data feeds, and ecommerce advertising.
Technical aptitude with the ability to learn and use new software quickly.
Experience with Channel Advisor, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and SQL is a plus.
