Electrical Maintenance Supervisor (High-Voltage/Heavy Industrial)

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + 401k + Excellent Company Benefits + Bonuses

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day electrical operations, leading a skilled team of electricians, and supervising the maintenance of a wide range of electrical equipment.

This company specializes in the production of one of the state's most important products, working directly with the government. They are now seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the highest of standards are maintained while supporting the company’s growth.

In this varied role, you will oversee a range of electrical duties, including the maintenance of electrical systems, management of critical projects, and implementation of upgrades and renovations.

This position would suit someone with a strong background in electrical maintenance, particularly in high-voltage systems, looking to take on a supervisory role within one of the most stable businesses in Michigan.

The Role:

• Oversee day-to-day electrical operations
• Supervise and manage maintenance for electrical equipment
• Lead electrical upgrades and installation projects
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project success

The Person:

• Experience in electrical maintenance or supervision
• High Voltage or Conveyor experience would give you a distinct advantage
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related
• Looking to step into a senior role
