Job Description

We’re looking for a Facility / Lead Office Services Associate to be a key player in ensuring seamless office operations and delivering a five-star experience in our San Francisco office. This is a solo role —you will be the go-to person for office services, facilities coordination, event support, and client-facing service. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and thrives on keeping things organized and running smoothly.

  • Position: Lead Office Services Associate
  • Location: San Francisco, CA 94111
  • Compensation: $27 - $30 per hour
  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm

Key Responsibilities not limited to:

  • Hospitality Excellence : Deliver outstanding service to clients and internal staff, ensuring a seamless office experience.
  • Facilities Management : Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of office spaces, including kitchens, coffee bars, conference rooms, and shared areas.
  • Tech Support : Assist with basic tech setups and coordinate with IT for more complex needs.
  • Inventory Management : Monitor and restock supplies for the office, kitchen, and conference rooms. Order and maintain inventory levels for snacks, beverages, and office essentials.
  • Event Coordination : Plan and execute catering, meeting setups, and resets. Ensure conference rooms are prepared and cleaned promptly after events.
  • Mail Services : Manage incoming and outgoing mail, conduct regular mail runs, and distribute packages accurately.
  • Vendor Coordination : Collaborate with vendors, building maintenance, and service providers to address office needs.
  • Ticketing System : Handle a high volume of emails and support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of office services, management, or facilities experience.
  • Prior mail services experience is required.

Skills :

  • Proficient in Outlook and ticketing systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (writing sample required).
  • Team player with a positive attitude and motivational skills.

Physical Demands :

  • Must be comfortable spending 70% of the day on your feet and frequently walking.
