Entrepreneur Magazines #1 fastest growing franchise brand, Stratus Building Solutions , seeks a versatile Franchise Business Consultant (Operations Manager/Franchise Developer) for our rapidly expanding and innovative green building services company. COMPENSATION
Total compensation range of $67,000 to $95,000 per year
    • Base salary range from $40,000 - $66,000
    • Commissions range from $5,000 to $20,000
  • UNCAPPED COMMISSION for unlimited earning potential
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) for the #1 commercial cleaning company in the US, your primary goal will be to develop relationships with our Franchise Owners as well as our clients. With extensive training, strong support, and opportunities for growth, the FBC develops the skills to coach and develop our Franchisees into successful business owners.

RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)
Cultivate relationships with both Stratus clientele and franchisees.
Address and resolve client complaints.
Conduct quality audits to maintain high service standards.
Facilitate the startup of services for new clients.
Manage transfers of service between franchisees.
Quote and sell one-time services to existing clients.
Train new franchisees.
Conduct quarterly meetings with franchisees.
Build and maintain consultative relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.
Stay up to date on industry and market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify innovative business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to learn about the client's needs, position Stratuss comprehensive solutions, and deliver a seamless transition of trust with the operational partner the Franchise Owner.
Be a part of a culture that values innovation, agility, and teamwork.
Some nights and weekends based on need for account transfers and training of franchisees.
Little to no overnight travel required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess the following:
  • Valid drivers license
  • HS diploma or GED
Preferred, but not required, experience in janitorial, floor care, and carpet knowledge.
Proficiency in multitasking with follow-through on tasks to completion.
Preferred, but not required, bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English).
Ability to efficiently resolve a diverse range of customer issues.
Proven leadership skills.
Desire to 'coach' and build teams.
Computer literacy, including internet navigation and proficiency in Google Workspace.
HubSpot and LinkedIn familiarity is a plus.
Reliability and strong work ethic.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Effective communication abilities with people from various backgrounds.
Sales experience is a plus.
Experience in multiunit, multilocation, restaurant service, or franchising is a plus.
