Job Title : IBM Maximo Specialist

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Configure, customize, and maintain the IBM Maximo system, including workflows, automation scripts, and application configurations.
• Support Maximo modules such as Asset Management, Work Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, and Preventive Maintenance.
• Develop and implement Maximo Business Rules, BIRT reports, and automation scripts using Java and Python.
• Integrate Maximo with enterprise systems through REST/SOAP APIs, MIF, and external databases.
• Perform system administration tasks, including user access management, security settings, and data integrity maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, optimize performance, and apply patches or upgrades.
• Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide solutions that align with asset management goals.
• Provide training, documentation, and end-user support for Maximo applications.

• Experience working with IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Strong knowledge of Maximo modules such as Work Orders, Assets, Inventory, and Procurement.
• Hands-on experience with Maximo configurations, workflows, automation scripts, and BIRT reporting.
• Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and integrating Maximo with external systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, Java, or Python for Maximo customizations and automation.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a Maximo environment.
• Experience with system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• IBM Certified Maximo Deployment Professional or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) on Cloud.
• Knowledge of IBM WebSphere, WebLogic, or other middleware platforms.
• Experience with mobile solutions such as Maximo Anywhere or Maximo Mobile.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
