**Inclusion and Belonging Specialist Summary** :
+ Responsible for the identification, coordination, and implementation of inclusion and belonging (I&B) strategies that focus on advancing a culture of inclusion across the BayCare Health System.
+ Develops impactful initiatives that support I&B principles and evaluates their effectiveness in key areas such as training and education, inclusive leadership, and organizational cultural fluency.
+ Provides guidance and support to team members in removing barriers and fostering an environment where all feel valued and included. Contributes to both the daily execution and long-term planning of I&B priorities.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND
+ 3+ years of experience in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, or related roles.
