What We're Looking For: •A friendly, professional vibe-you know how to make people feel comfortable and supported, even on camera.
•A love for tech-you're not afraid of new tools, and you help others feel the same.
•Strong communication skills: speak clearly, listen actively, and write like a pro.
•Detail-oriented multitasker- you keep track of all the little things that make big things work.
•At least 2 years of customer service experience (bonus points if it's in banking or credit unions!).
•High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Environment: This is a
remote position , so you'll be working from the comfort of your own home! Seated at your video station, using top-tier tech and equipment to serve members in a fast-paced but friendly environment. Sit, smile, and serve!
