A growing and reputable professional services firm is seeking a skilled a Legal Assistant to join their team in Naples, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment supporting a team focused on transactional matters.

We are looking for an individual with 2-5 years of experience in a legal support role, ideally with exposure to transactional work. Experience with regulatory filings, entity formation, and support for complex transactions is highly valued.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting professionals in the preparation, review, and finalization of documents.
• Managing regulatory filings and related processes.
• Supporting administrative tasks, including intake, conflict checks, time entry, and billing.
• Managing calendars and scheduling appointments and meetings.

• Proficiency in standard office software and document management systems.
• A detail-oriented approach with excellent written and verbal communication.
