Job Description

**Job Title: Live Chat Agent (Intern)****Job Overview:**Are you a quick thinker with excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy helping others and providing top-notch customer service? River City Science Academy is seeking a motivated Live Chat Agent to join our team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers in real-time through our online chat platform. This is a remote internship position with flexible hours.**Responsibilities:**- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat- Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer inquiries and issues- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for further assistance- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service level agreements- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions**Requirements:**- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in typing and computer navigation- Previous customer service experience is a plus**Salary Range:**$20 to $35 per hourRiver City Science Academy is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, or any other protected status.
