Compensation: $40-45/hr hourly, based on qualifications and experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Overnights: Occasional
Guaranteed Hours: 60 hours per week

Family Overview: A busy, career-driven family of four is looking for a dependable, experienced nanny to provide consistent care for their children. They need someone who has worked with multiple children, enjoys being part of a family, and can take initiative in managing the children's needs. Flexibility, including weekends, is required.
Responsibilities:
● Provide attentive care and supervision for both children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
● Maintain a structured daily routine, including naps, feedings, and activities
● Plan and engage the children in age-appropriate activities that promote development, learning, and creativity
● Maintaining the no screen time policy
● Prepare organic nutritious meals and snacks for the preschooler and assist with introducing solids and formula feeding for the infant
● Handle all child-related housekeeping, including laundry, tidying play areas, washing bottles, and keeping children's belongings organized
● Assist with potty training and reinforce good hygiene habits
● Take the children on outings, such as walks, park visits, and age-appropriate activities outside the home, without driving involved
● Read books, sing songs, and encourage language development through interactive play
● Supporting the preschooler’s learning such as subtraction and addition in daily life
● Help with bedtime routines when needed, including baths, reading, and settling the children for sleep
● Communicate regularly with parents about the children’s milestones, needs, and any concerns
Qualifications:
● Experience in Nannying, including caring for multiple children
● CPR and First Aid certified.
● Reliable, punctual, and organized with a strong work ethic
● Clean driving record and access to reliable transportation
● Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with parents
● Legal eligibility to work in the United States and is a US Citizen
● Passport ready
● Ability to pass a background check
● Up-to-date vaccinations
● Non-smoker
● Must sign an NDA
