Our *Supervised Associate Program* is designed to set you up for success in private practice by providing structured clinical mentorship from an MTG supervisor of your choice. Through this program, you'll receive expert guidance in conducting intake sessions, maintaining proper documentation, and refining your assessment and diagnosis skills, ensuring you build a strong foundation for a sustainable and fulfilling career.

*Minimum Requirements:*
* Masters degree that qualifies for Arizona LMSW, LAMFT, LAC credentials
* A commitment to ethical clinical standards
* Open to seeing 12-15 clients per week
