Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team at 1360 Island Ave., McKees Rocks, PA 15136. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting our team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule receiving of deliveries into the warehouse
  • Electronic receiving of products into our warehouse inventory
  • File any freight claims for damaged/incorrect/missing products
  • Enter budgets for labor and delivery into our ERP system
  • Run delivery tickets and verify when jobs are complete
  • Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation.
  • Assist with employee time tracking.
  • Enter labor time into orders to track profitability
  • Manage maintenance, repairs, logs and daily safety inspections of company owned fleet of vehicles
  • Handle internal customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory. Keep all office areas neat and organized at all times.
  • Support the Operations Manager in daily tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
