Job Description

A loving family in Southampton, NY is seeking a proactive, energetic, and organized nanny to care for their 2-year-old daughter and assist with household tasks. The position is 30 hours per week , with flexibility for additional hours if desired. Compensation is $30-$35 per hour , depending on experience.


Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM (flexibility required)
• Childcare Responsibilities:
  • Engaging the child in fun, educational activities
  • Encouraging outdoor play and exploration
  • Occasional visits to grandparents' house
  • Driving to and from school (MWF, 9 AM - 12 PM)
• Household Responsibilities:
  • Light housekeeping and laundry
  • Grocery shopping and maintaining an inventory list
• Additional Requirements:
  • Must be organized and take initiative
  • Comfortable with swimming (no deep water) and enjoys outdoor activities
  • First Aid certified
  • Up-to-date on vaccinations
  • Comfortable with a small, 8-pound dog
• Bonus Opportunities:
  • Option to travel with the family (not required but available)
  • Home in Palm Beach, FL with 2-3 months of travel annually (nanny would be compensated during travel)
