Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address any delays or issues.
Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding scheduling changes and production status.
Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
Maintain accurate records of production schedules and inventory levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in production scheduling or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
