Job Description

Adecco Creative is partnering with one of New York City’s most iconic fashion brands to recruit for a Communications Assistant position. This position will be ongoing contract, and will be 4 days onsite, 1 day remote in Midtown Manhattan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sample management for VIP and Influencer relations (trafficking, packing, unpacking, organizing and maintaining PR and VIP closet, booking couriers and organizing shipping for sample requests, etc.)
• Support the PR team on compiling press clippings and organizing files, including creating reports for placement recaps and reporting
• Communicating daily news briefings relevant to industry and category
• Reporting Social Media metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly cadence
• Community Management (assist team with monitoring user generated content, identify customer service queries and ensure all questions are answered, closely monitor conversations across brand’s social, escalating sensitive conversations to appropriate team members, commenting and engaging on organic content, ads and other creator pages in the brand voice)

• An understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook

Education and Experience:

• Some knowledge or experience in fashion, designers and brands
• Experience with Fashion GPS is a plus
• Current university student or recent graduate with a strong interest in fashion
