Overview

As a Recruiter at The Inline Group, you will play a vital role in connecting healthcare providers with practice opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Summary

Recruiters at The Inline Group work full-time (9 AM to 5 PM CST) and report to the Recruitment Director. In this role, youll focus on sourcing and screening candidates for top-priority job orders, submitting them to our Client Services team, and collaborating closely to ensure client needs are met. Youll build relationships with healthcare providers, maintain an active pipeline, and play a key role in connecting candidates with the right practice opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing monthly sourcing strategies based on job priority levels.
  • Proactively engage cold and warm leads high-priority roles and screening them for fit.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, gathering key details like availability, location preferences, skillsets, and practice settings.
  • Outreach to candidates through calls, emails, texts, and other resources to ensure we maximize every opportunity.
  • Maintain a network of passive candidates and nurturing leads for future roles.
  • Maintain accurate records in our internal CRM (RCP) and ensure candidate data is up to date.
  • Working closely with the Client Services team to ensure candidates are effectively matched and presented to clients. Also providing insights on candidate availability, market trends, and recruitment challenges.
  • Provide clear and compelling candidate summaries, ensuring all relevant details (phone screenings, CV reviews, licensing, etc.) are captured.
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals related to sourcing, engagement, and placements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of healthcare recruiting preferred.
  • Ability to proactively source candidates using multiple channels, including databases, job boards, and networking.
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach and willingness to engage in cold calling, email campaigns, and text messaging.
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate across departments.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and adaptability based on the audience.
  • Empathy and understanding of candidates needs and concerns, particularly during career transitions, to build trust and rapport.

  • High attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation, thorough candidate assessments, and clear communication.
