Our Recruiter delivers on our mission by attracting talent to join our employee-owned team. As our Recruiter, you will provide staffing services to business partners and advance our brand nationwide.
What you will do: - Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers
- Create positive candidate experiences throughout the hiring journey
- Collaborate with management to develop effective hiring approaches
- Design and implement structured interview processes
- Guide hiring decisions through data-driven candidate evaluations
- Lead offer negotiations and closing conversations
- Articulate benefits and compensation packages
- Provide transparent insights into company culture and work environment
- Monitor hiring trends and stay aware of the competitive recruiting landscape
- Maintains a positive image of Telligen with candidates and the communities in which we serve
What you need: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and/or equivalent skills or experience
- 0-3 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting. Preferably in the IT or healthcare fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in deadline-driven environments
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and staffing practices
