Sales Receptionist and Warehouse Attendant at Hunter Pence Baseball Academy

Hunter Pence Baseball Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Receptionist and Warehouse Attendant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to interact with customers, assist with sales, and support our day-to-day operations.

Hours of Operation:

• August - June :
  Weekdays: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  Weekends: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

• June - July (Summer Camp Hours):
  Weekdays: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  Weekends: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement : Greet and assist customers in-person or via phone, resolving inquiries promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Sales Support : Promote and sell memberships, lessons, classes, HP teams, apparel, and expand our customer base by creating new customer profiles.
• Software Management : Learn and use proprietary software for scheduling, transactions, communications, and managing calls, voicemails, and text messages.
• Administrative Duties : Manage inventory, print materials, and ensure accurate records for products and services.
• Appointment Coordination : Handle scheduling, cancellations, and troubleshooting for appointments, camps, classes, and tryouts.
• Baseball Team Support : Assist parents and players with team-related questions, uniforms, tournaments, and product orders.
• Facility Maintenance : Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, bathrooms, batting cage area, windows, and floors.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Office and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• Ability to follow structured guidelines and maintain professionalism.
• Reliable and punctual.
• References verifying prior experience and character.
• Passion for baseball is a plus!

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Uphold a professional, positive attitude in all interactions.
• Occasional offsite errands, expenses paid.
