Qualifications:

  • In Home Sales experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Home Improvement experience is a plus

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regularly scheduled 2-week initial trainings for Home Remodeling Experts teaching the HGE one-call closing sales methodology.

2. While post-training success will be the responsibility of sales leadership, the Regional Sales Trainer will assist in the success of new trainees with follow-up support and coaching including ongoing training, support calls, bootcamps, in-home shadows, etc.

3. Coordinate and support the HGE sales leadership team to ensure the successful and smooth handoff of trainees to their direct manager. This will include a written evaluation of each trainee and a meeting to review.

4. Conduct product specific trainings to the existing HGE sales teams in whatever service type is needed in a market: windows, siding, roofing, gutters, insulation.

5. Assist HGE mission to “win the winter” with extensive training on windows in our existing markets with existing teams.

6. Coordinate with HGE leadership to identify camps, 1-on-1 coaching opportunities, or shadows for HREs or sales mentors.

7. Create a feedback process to assist Sales Manager and Sales Mentors when interacting with member so their team.

8. Travel as needed to offices to support and conduct in-person trainings. Zoom meetings will also be utilized to reach other offices.

9. The winter will have fewer trainings and the emphasis will be to prepare for our Spring launch.

10. Review and strengthen existing sales training materials and content. However, early emphasis will be on learning and implementing HGE methodology.

11. Report to the Co-Founder/Vice-President.

12. Participate in leadership meetings and retreats to provide strategic viewpoint on the development and expansion of the training department to meet the needs of the business.

13. Track sales stats and NSLI of recruits in GENIUS and provide reporting for bonus calculation.

Onboarding:

1. The Regional Sales Trainer will:

  • Attend a full HRE training as a participant to understand our current training system.
  • Conduct a week of shadow ride-alongs with current sales leaders and HREs to see our system in the field.
  • Review current HGE University videos and keynotes
  • Join weekly sales meetings at the Charlotte Office
  • Run product trainings over the winter in all markets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
