System One: Sr. SAP Software Engineer Opportunity System One has an exciting Sr. SAP Software Engineer opportunity with a partner in the Columbus, OH area. This position will be responsible for providing application support for an SAP ECC R3 environment consisting of AP, AR, FI, CoPa, MM, PO, and Monitor. The role includes configuring and improving integration with SAP. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity requiring in-person, on-site work during normal business hours at the Columbus, OH office . Successful candidates must be able to provide proof of ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This position is not open to corp-to-corp, subcontractor, or independent consulting arrangements. Purpose of Position The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving software solutions by planning, implementing, and monitoring frameworks. Tasks and Responsibilities Identify and develop product specifications, system design, development, and integration for new and existing applications Provide application support for SAP ECC R3 environment, including modules such as AP, AR, FI, CoPa, MM, PO Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic growth and development Monitor, configure, and enhance SAP integration Track tasks and time using Azure DevOps Participate in SCRUM ceremonies Assist users with problem diagnosis and root cause analysis Provide 24x7 on-call, after-hours, and weekend support as needed Mentor team members, offering feedback and guidance Ensure accuracy and completeness of work Prioritize workload and communicate issues effectively Perform additional tasks as required Travel as needed Minimum Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience Minimum Experience 10+ years of experience in SAP software development and support #J-18808-Ljbffr System One
