Job Description

Position: Entry-Level Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid and Onsite (Massachusetts)

Work Authorization: GC, GC EAD, H4 EAD, and US Citizen



Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Identify and document system and process improvements.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios to ensure product quality.
Report defects and track resolution progress to completion.
Support the development of user documentation and training materials.
Assist in preparing and presenting detailed reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.



Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or QA testing tools is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
