What We're Looking For:

A Medical Science Liaison (MSL) who is passionate about women's health, deeply curious about the science behind supplements, and comfortable translating complex clinical data into content that resonates. This person is an exceptional communicator and relationship-builder who thrives on engaging with healthcare professionals-especially in the OB/GYN community-and is eager to make a real impact in how women understand and access better care.

This role reports directly to the COO, supports both internal and external scientific education efforts, and will play a key role in strengthening Happy V's credibility in the dietary supplement space.

This is a hybrid role with regular travel expected for conferences, meetings, and KOL engagements.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serving as the scientific face of Happy V to OB/GYNs, women's health professionals, and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• Attending and representing Happy V at medical conferences, symposiums, and scientific events
• Leading medical education initiatives by developing and delivering presentations to HCPs, advisory boards, and stakeholders
• Translating clinical data into digestible insights for both professional and consumer audiences (i.e., white papers, training decks, blog inputs)
• Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and regulatory to ensure scientific accuracy across campaigns and launches
• Providing scientific reviews of claims, marketing materials, and educational content
• Advising on product innovation and formulation strategy based on emerging research in women's health
• Monitoring industry trends, competitor research, and regulatory shifts in the supplement and OB/GYN space
• Maintaining compliance and medical integrity in all external-facing communications
• Building and maintaining a network of healthcare providers who advocate for or want to learn more about Happy V's products

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, MD, RD, NP, or related) - but open to strong scientific communicators with relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of women's health, ideally with familiarity in gynecology or OB/GYN
• Experience presenting clinical data to healthcare audiences or in a field-based medical role
• Confident public speaker who can simplify complex ideas for any audience
• Skilled in interpreting and translating clinical literature
• Comfortable with travel (~30-50%) and working in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills
• Team-oriented, but highly self-sufficient-able to work independently and hit the ground running
• Bonus points if you've worked with dietary supplements, women's health brands, or startups

This is a new role at Happy V, so we are learning as we go! This will be your opportunity to build up the department with us from scratch. This is a new area for us, and we are happy to entertain part-time, freelance/contractors, and consultants to help build up this new effort.
