Sodexo is seeking an experienced Senior Area Executive Chef for a Campus District . States will include Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin . This position provides culinary support to units in terms of cross-unit culinary expertise, sales presentation support, and bench strength to District/Area. This position can live in any of the 5 states close to a major airport, with 60-65% travel involved. Incentives Relocation Assistance is available to any of the 5 states. What You'll Do Ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality. Manage food costing, controls, and compliance. Develop menus and manage inventory. Maintain high expectations for customer service and quality of food. Develop and train frontline employees. Demonstrate a passion for food and innovation.
