As we rapidly expand, we’re looking for a passionate Strategic Growth Consultant to take full ownership of our sales and marketing process—from lead generation and outreach through to closing deals and executing digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively generate and qualify leads using digital channels such as LinkedIn, email, and other online platforms.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: initiate contact, conduct needs analysis, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate inbound interest.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline using our CRM system and provide regular performance updates.
• Collaborate with our technical and management teams to refine both sales strategies and marketing tactics that align with our MSP and AI business solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in B2B technology, managed services, or digital marketing, ideally with familiarity in MSP or AI solutions.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with comfort working on a commission-based model.
• Proficiency in digital prospecting tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
• Ability to work independently and manage the full sales and marketing cycle effectively.
